The implementation of the Bologna Declaration

Pursuant to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from 23.01.2004 Number 48.

According to the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 414 from 21.05.2004

the university developed measures for implementation of the Bologna Declaration and the

introduction of credit-modular system of educational process, namely:

1. Starting with the 2005-2006 was held the first stage of pedagogical experiment with the

credit-modular system of educational process (teaching of full-scale experiment in certain

specialties and the introduction of elements of credit-modular training in all specialties of

university).

2. Experienced specialists of the “Theory and History of State and Law” began to be taught

discipline “Higher education and the Bologna process.” Educational and methodical administration

and dean of the University shall take appropriate measures to ensure high quality training

sessions on specified subjects.

3. There has been a necessary work to correct deficiencies that occurred during the first phase

of the experiment teaching and dissemination of experience with the introduction of

credit-modular system of educational process in the departments of the university.

4. The 2006-2007 years were extended pedagogical experiment on certain specialties, as well

as further implementation of the Bologna Declaration to participate in the pedagogical

experiment with the credit-modular system to learn new skills involved and the course.

5. The implementation of measures to implement the requirements of the Bologna Declaration

were made modular control and analysis of student achievement in the groups involved in the

pedagogical experiment and prepared the appropriate measures to improve the organization

of this work:

  • development of individual training plans for training areas (SPECIAL) involved in the pedagogical

experiment;

  • development of general ECTS – Information Package with training areas (specialties).

6. In order to complete the university by 2010 the process of implementation of the requirements

of the Bologna Declaration in the 2007-2008 credit-modular system of educational process was

implemented in all areas of preparation and II courses.

7. According to the concept of the university in the 2008-2009 credit-modular system of

educational process covering all areas of training I, II, III courses and part – directions

(specialties) IV course.

8. To ensure the full implementation of the university credit-modular system to learn:

  • in the 2009-2010 school year CMS TNA was involved in all areas training and qualifications

University full-time.

  • beginning with the 2010-2011, CMS SNPs involved in all training courses and areas of

distance learning.
